Physician responses are normally received within 2-4 hours and guaranteed within 24 hours. And best of all, the answers from the eDocAmerica medical team are always client specific and personal. We don’t use template responses.

Do you want to access our medical team without being tied down to the internet? No problem. With eDocVoice you can access our medical team through our brand-new telephonic platform. Call the phone number and record your question. Once the medical team has answered your question, the system will automatically call you back and play their response. No internet needed.
