eDocAmerica's Registered Nurse Advice Line is a free telephone service that is available year-round 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The service provides toll-free telephone access to a registered nurse around the clock.

When you call the service, you're given the choice of English or Spanish language. A registered nurse will discuss your medical concern or problem, then provide a recommended course of action, which may range from home care to immediate emergency care.

Your company will provide information about how to call the Registered Nurse Advice Line at the same time they give you direction on how to register for eDocAmerica (generally during the employee benefit orientation at your company).

The service is easy, always available, and free with your eDocAmerica service.
